Visit Canada for tourism, family visits, or business. We prepare a complete, well-documented Temporary Resident Visa application that presents your ties to your home country clearly and compellingly.
A Canadian Visitor Visa — officially a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) — is required by nationals of most countries to enter Canada for tourism, family visits, or business purposes. It is issued by IRCC and is typically valid for up to 10 years (or until the passport expiry date), allowing multiple entries with each stay authorized up to 6 months by the border officer upon entry.
IRCC assesses TRV applications primarily on the applicant's intent to leave Canada at the end of their authorized stay. Officers look at ties to the home country — employment, property, family, financial assets — as well as travel history, financial capacity, and the purpose of the visit. A strong application presents all of this evidence clearly and proactively addresses any factors that could raise concern.
Nationals of visa-required countries must obtain a TRV before travelling to Canada. Citizens of visa-exempt countries (including the US) are not required to obtain a TRV, though they may need an eTA for air travel.
Most TRV applicants between ages 14 and 79 must provide biometrics (fingerprints and photo). Biometrics are valid for 10 years and can be collected at designated Application Support Centres worldwide.
Strong home-country ties are the most critical factor in a successful TRV. Employment letters, property ownership, family responsibilities, and financial accounts all demonstrate your intention to return home after your visit.
We review your travel history, immigration history, financial profile, and home-country ties to identify any risk factors and develop a strategy to present your application in the strongest possible light.
We provide a tailored document checklist covering identity documents, financial evidence, employment or business records, property documents, and any invitations or itineraries relevant to your specific visit purpose.
We complete all IRCC forms accurately and write a professional cover letter that explains the purpose of your visit, demonstrates your ties to your home country, and addresses any potential concerns proactively.
We guide you through the biometrics collection process — advising on the nearest Application Support Centre, the biometrics fee, and the correct sequence within the overall application process.
We submit the application and monitor processing, responding to any IRCC requests for additional information. We keep you informed at each stage until a decision is received.

Officers must be satisfied the applicant will return home — lack of employment, property, family dependents, or other ties is the most common refusal reason.
Insufficient proof of funds to cover travel, accommodation, and living expenses for the duration of the stay in Canada.
A vague, inconsistent, or unconvincing travel purpose, or a stated reason that conflicts with supporting documents.
A history of overstaying a visa or failing to comply with conditions in Canada or any other country significantly impacts the assessment.
A record of prior visa refusals — from Canada or other countries — raises credibility concerns and must be disclosed accurately.

Most visitors are authorized to stay up to 6 months per entry. The exact duration is determined by the border officer at the time of entry.
Yes. Eligible visitors already in Canada may apply for a Visitor Record to extend their authorized stay before their current status expires.
A Visitor Visa itself does not provide a path to permanent residency. However, some visitors may later qualify under separate immigration pathways such as Express Entry or family sponsorship.
Common refusal reasons include weak financial evidence, insufficient ties to the home country, limited travel history, unclear travel purpose, and incomplete documentation.
Most foreign nationals outside of visa-exempt countries must apply for a Temporary Resident Visa. Requirements and processing times vary by country of application.
