One of Canada's three federal economic programs under Express Entry, designed for skilled workers with foreign experience. We maximize your 67-point grid score and CRS ranking for the strongest possible draw outcome.
The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is one of three programs managed through Canada's Express Entry system. It is designed for skilled workers with foreign work experience who want to immigrate to Canada as permanent residents. To be eligible, applicants must meet minimum thresholds and score at least 67 points on the FSWP six-factor selection grid.
The six selection factors are: language ability (up to 28 points), education (up to 25 points), work experience (up to 15 points), age (up to 12 points), arranged employment (10 points), and adaptability (up to 10 points). Once eligible, candidates are ranked in the Express Entry pool using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Those with the highest CRS scores receive Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in regular draws.
At least one year of continuous, full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in a NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation within the last 10 years, plus language proficiency and education credentials.
Candidates must score a minimum of 67 out of 100 points across six selection factors before they can create an Express Entry profile under the FSWP stream.
A minimum of CLB 7 in the first official language is required. Strong language scores are the single most impactful factor for both the 67-point grid and the CRS ranking.
We evaluate your NOC occupation code, foreign work experience, language scores, and educational credentials to confirm your FSWP eligibility and calculate your 67-point grid score.
We analyze each of the six selection factors and identify concrete improvements — retaking a language test, obtaining an ECA, or documenting additional work experience — to strengthen your grid score and CRS ranking.
We prepare and submit a complete, accurate Express Entry profile in the IRCC portal with all supporting documentation, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
We monitor draw patterns and advise on timing, provincial nomination opportunities, and other legitimate strategies to position you for the best ITA outcome.
Upon receiving your Invitation to Apply, we prepare and submit a complete permanent residence application within the 60-day deadline, handling every document and form.

No. The Federal Skilled Worker Program is specifically designed for professionals with eligible foreign work experience. Canadian work experience is not required.
No. A job offer is not mandatory, but having a valid Canadian job offer can significantly improve your CRS score and ranking within the Express Entry pool.
Applicants must have at least the equivalent of a Canadian high school diploma. Foreign educational credentials require an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from a designated organization.
Language ability is one of the most heavily weighted factors in the CRS. Improving IELTS, CELPIP, or TEF scores can dramatically increase your CRS ranking and chances of selection.
Common strategies include retaking language tests for higher scores, completing additional education, gaining more skilled work experience, securing a valid job offer, or receiving a Provincial Nominee Program nomination.
